How do I get access to everything that I order?

Continue following instructions on the screen until you come to a
special "download" page. This is where you will actually download your
speeches and bonuses and save them to your computer's hard-drive. The
download will save on your hard-drive as either a ".txt" file, ".pdf"
file, or sometimes a ".doc" file depending on the product that you
purchase. If you have any trouble with the download, then the
fastest way to get help is by emailing us at
'support@ultimatespeeches.com'. If you do not get a download page when
ordering, then email our support team immediately.
If you have already purchased the speeches and want to
return to the download page, but misplaced the URL, then email us at support@ultimatespeeches.com.
Include your first and last name, your e-mail address and the confirmation
code you were given at the time of purchase (if you misplaced this number,
we can help you find it).

Is there an expiration for downloading my materials via the Internet?
